"The e330 is equipped with a 300 MHz Intel XScale processor...The power source for this PDA, which is just 11 mm thick and weights 137 g, is a non-removable Lithium Ion battery with a life of four and a half hours, which is good...The e330 from Toshiba is a high-speed, lightweight handheld..." read more »

"There's a lot to like about the e335, but it faces much stiffer competition than its predecessor e310 did...Now the company is offering the Pocket PC e335, which sports a faster processor, more RAM, and an introductory $349 (after a $50 rebate) price tag...But with all the other big handheld players honing their designs and new Pocket manufacturers such as Dell, ViewSonic, and Fujitsu entering the market, the e335 finds itself running more with the pack rather than ahead of it..." read more »

Toshiba e800
PDA Specs: Microsoft Windows Mobile for Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition • 480 x 640 Display Resolution • 4" PDA Display Size • Voice Recording Capability • Run Time (Up To) 10 hours
Reviews: 17 expert reviews (rating 82 / 100) • 37 user reviews
"Toshiba has followed the same strategy with the e800 which comes in Bluetooth and 802.11b wireless varieties...Note that when you see the e800 advertised as supporting Voice over IP it is the WiFi version to which that applies, and to take advantage you will need a separate subscription to a service provider...the stylish blue casing, which is eye catching and makes a change from the very samey colouring of most PDAs, and the slightly large size of the hardware...But Toshiba has taken the opportunity to do something very clever with the extra screen space ? pop in a graphics adaptor with its very own 2MB of SRAM, and give users the option of driving the screen at 640 x 480 pixels..." read more »

"There are quite a few PocketPCs around the USD299 “sweet spot” these days and the Toshiba e350 (or e355) is one of those basic but still very capable devices...For the first time in many years I have a matching pair: the e350 and its larger sibling, the Satellite Pro TE2100, both from the house of Toshiba...Missing are Microsoft Reader and a good image viewer...That’s not bad but not outstanding either..." read more »

"Pocket PC2003 is based on Windows CE 4.2, while prior Pocket PC and Pocket PC 2002 PDAs were based on Windows CE 3.0...The Toshiba e355 (that's the model we have, so we'll use that model number) has a transflective display, an SD slot that supports SDIO (but doesn't work with SD WiFi cards), a 300 MHz PXA255 Intel XScale processor, 16 megs of ROM and 64 megs of RAM...The e355 feels zippy in all operations, even playing games, and videos in Pocket Windows Media Player 9 and Pocket TV Enterprise...Transflective displays are the best currently available on PDAs, and the e355 has one..." read more »

"Lately the competition has become tougher in the budget PDA sector involving mostly the Pocket PC sector...Everyone who got familiar with the e400 marked the fact...The e400 perfectly fits the palm and is easy in use (the jog dial means a lot here...It's a good way for the youth to stand out against the crowd, as handhelds are still not that widespread like mobile phones...The pictures look good in- and outdoors..." read more »
