Pretty bad! Magellan is very difficult to get hold of...I personally feel that Magellan should provide a quicker higher quality level of customer support for Roadmate800 owners, that are spending top dollar for their GPS But back to the product, I would recommend this GPS...It does come with battery which I think is good to have...
