To be fair, we had the same impression of the other early draft-n routers, and recommended waiting for more stable and interoperable products...The new crop of routers, including the LinksysWRT350N reviewed here, includes gigabit Ethernet switches, QoS support for smooth media streaming, and vastly improved interoperability -- which means that various vendors' 802.11n gear will work...

Wired connections great! USB works not all that fast but seemed to be good Wireless range from lower level to upstairs was horrible...Never got to try the NAS feature, refused to recognize any USB drive, FAT32 or NTFS, all good single partition drives...I'm Cisco certified and certifying this as bad...
The throughput with a good to excellent signal will be much higher than a G system, 270 mbps versus 54...I lost the ability to map to the USB hard drive plugged in the back for a good week once b/c the router mysteriously didn't want to cooperate...After reading some of the reviews, you may have a bad impression of this Wireless Router...
