For the price of $179.99 - I'm getting much more than with my old OLYMPUS CAMEDIA C-60 which was bulky and quality of picture is really bad comparing to the CanonSD1000, all is perfect and the size of the camera will keep you happy...So i also recommend the 3 year warranty that covers stupidity...Propreitary battery is good for 250 shots...
